Last Indian Dinner @ 163 Ave de Morges ...

I'm writing this post after having a great evening last night ... it was great to have everyone come over ...

Guess not everyone would understand the heading ... for it says Last Indian Dinner ... for those who don't understand --- I had an Indian dinner (cuisine indien) earlier (Nov 10) - http://picasaweb.google.com/amitykapur/IndianDinner

Well everyone came, except that Majo couldn't come (I knew it beforehand but still we went on with the dinner - sorry to Majo!!!)

The day was tough - I must say - for someone who doesn't know 'much' about cooking and that too on a day when the night before you have slept at 5 AM ---- that was Ronnie's mistake --- I'm supposed to see him tonight so will settle the score (btw - it's his last night of playing in King Size) ... (Guess there are too many new things for everyone here!! No worries the more you read my blogs these names would get familier - so just hang on!!)


Well, I'm still tired after a long day yesterday and the day before ---
Friday Night --- from office went for 3 hours of Badi --- was dead from badi but still went for a evening with Ronnie / Vince @ King size --- frm King size to Zinc with Laurent --- from Zinc to Chateau for pizza --- and finally back to the apartment --- 5 AM --- uffffff
Saturday --- couldn't wake up till 1 PM --- cleaned the apartment --- went for meeting Jane in the evening --- then cooked food ---- had a few glasses of wine --- and finally after the dinner went again to King Size for a quick drink!!!!
Sunday --- so far just lying down nothing much ... but have to see Ronnie again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highlights of the day!!!
---- Vince (Vincent McNamara) ---- the irish guy --- he was drinking orange juice ... (all attributed to the 'Yege' shots the previous night --- that killed us all!!!)
---- Cedric (Mr. Janhutte) ---- the belgian --- started saying no to drinks in King Size ... wow!!!!

both my 'gurus' gave up and I was still kicking ass!!!!

I'm so charged up!!!!

It's a great day ... I didn't go anywhere after my day in office last evening - no gym no party nothing ... partly coz I was tired out of the 2 hours of badi during lunch and party coz I wanted to just sit back and go thru the new admits student site of ISB....

Boy o boy!!! I have been going thru the discussion forums - the blogs - the orkut community - wow ... I'm sure I'm gonna have a gala time - it's been a long long long dream to get along with like minded people and I'm already sure I'm gonna find like a 'ton' of them in ISB!!!

Last evening went away reading about the people, knowing more about the next year, and most importantly planning the trip back to home from this home away from home ----- for those who don't know, I have been here in Switzerland for the past so sooo sooooo many months, around 20 -----

Apart from that I was planning out how to handle the fees n loans n stuff ... well I haven't figured out that so far! :( ... coz my travel dates are not sure so far ...

BUT nevertheless I'm energized, charged up, and all game for a great year ahead!!!

Back to student life ...

Well I'll start the blog with an age-old cliche - I'm back!!!

Today I have finally got into ISB - after taking GMAT - filling application - getting interview call - going thru the interview - getting a final admit call - securing the seat with the deposit of the acceptance amount ...

I'm proud to say that after months n months (almost 3 quarters of a century) of working with differnt people, places, cultures, companies, ... I'm going back to where I so longed to be..... ISB

And I am signifying this day by going back to blogging - something that for me essentially says - I'm officially and unofficially a student ... :)

I couldn't be happier and couldn't be more relieved ... Thanks to everyone who helped me, thoughout this journey!!!

So, finally you'll be hearing from me quiet often here ... :)
